For this project, we aimed to transform a developer-grade 1,200-square-foot high-rise condo into a space that reflects the client's personal style and dynamic lifestyle. The design concept focused on personalizing the condo to embody our client's aesthetic preferences while enhancing functionality and comfort. Influenced by Art Deco style, the space incorporates rich wood floors and dazzling fixtures, adding elegance and sophistication. Key features include:

• Flooring: Rich wood floors throughout the main living areas to add warmth and a touch of Art Deco elegance.

• Lighting: Dazzling fixtures, including statement pendant lights and sleek recessed lighting, to create a balanced ambiance.

• Furniture: A curated selection of modern and vintage furniture pieces to enhance the eclectic yet cohesive design.

• Accents: Contemporary artwork to add personality and character.

Balancing aesthetics and function, we carefully selected durable yet stylish materials to ensure the space remained both beautiful and practical for daily use.

The renovation of this 300 year historic home is a harmonious blend of preservation and modernization. Careful attention has been paid to maintaining the architectural integrity and original charm of the property, while subtly introducing contemporary amenities to enhance functionality and comfort. Key features of this project include:

• Restoration of Original Features: Carefully restored or replicated original elements like crown moldings, wood paneling, and wood flooring to maintain the home's historical authenticity.

• Energy Efficiency: Installation of energy-efficient windows, insulation, and HVAC systems to improve comfort and reduce energy costs while maintaining the home's historical look.

• Blending Old and New: Incorporation of modern amenities like a gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and smart home technology in a way that complements the historical character.

• Custom Millwork: Reproduction of original millwork, doors, and windows to match the home's original craftsmanship.

Each room has been thoughtfully redesigned to honor its historical significance. The result is a living space that celebrates the past while embracing the present, offering a timeless appeal that respects both history and modern living.

• Kitchen Redesign: Ceiling-height cabinets, pull-out racks, integrated appliances, and bar seating maximize storage and dining options.

• Lighting: Recessed and accent lighting brighten areas, improve functionality, and create a warm ambiance.

• Bathroom Update: Large-format tiles, custom vanity, built-in storage, and thoughtful lighting create a stylish, space-maximizing retreat.

• Color Palette: Neutral tones and natural light contribute to an open, spacious feel.

The transformation has resulted in a modern, functional living space that balances contemporary needs with warmth and style.
