The homeowners wanted a space for both working out and meditation, so creating the right atmosphere was a key focus. Key updates include:

The renovation of this 300 year historic home is a harmonious blend of preservation and modernization. Careful attention has been paid to maintaining the architectural integrity and original charm of the property, while subtly introducing contemporary amenities to enhance functionality and comfort. • Restoration of Original Features: Carefully restored or replicated original elements like crown moldings, wood paneling, and wood flooring to maintain the home's historical authenticity.

• Energy Efficiency: Installation of energy-efficient windows, insulation, and HVAC systems to improve comfort and reduce energy costs while maintaining the home's historical look.

• Blending Old and New: Incorporation of modern amenities like a gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and smart home technology in a way that complements the historical character.

• Custom Millwork: Reproduction of original millwork, doors, and windows to match the home's original craftsmanship.

For this project, we aimed to transform a developer-grade 1,200-square-foot high-rise condo into a space that reflects the client's personal style and dynamic lifestyle.
